Anonymous asked: I have an appointment tomorrow with my universities Psychologist. It's been such a long time since I've considered therapy and I've been struggling to manage on my own. I've recently been really suicidal. I don't know what I'm going to say at my appointment tomorrow. I'm afraid I'll just burst into tears WHICH I never do, because I'm so overwhelmed by a lot of stuff right now and I don't know where to start. I'm not good at talking about myself at all. :/ I'm super nervous.
sweetheart it’s ok to be nervous and crying is good its a sign that you been strong and just say what comes to your mind and tell your Psychologist everything! They want to help you and please don’t ever think about ending your life please! you are beautiful and you have so much to offer and you never know you can change a person life or save them maybe even the world! and just helping one person can do a lot trust me :) i will be praying for you and good luck!
